using cooldown buffs with spells

I use this macro for mine:
#showtooltip Elemental mastery
/cast Elemental Mastery
/stopcasting
/cast Chain Lightning

Works fine.

This shares the cooldown with EM.. so you can't cast CL for 3 mins
