    Default Leveling multiple groups 60-80

I'm looking for some ideas/advice on how to casually level multiple groups of 5 between 60 and 80. I've done it once with 5 shamans by questing and adding in some instances and also soloed 2 chars to 80. But I'm really looking for a more casual efficient method. I have 7 groups in between 60 and 80. I figure the best way would be to somehow use the 2x rest xp since I won't be able to use it up on all the groups.
    5x druids at 65
    5x dks at 61
    5x mages at 60
    5x warlocks at 60
    5x priests at 60
    5x hunters at 60
    5x rogues at 60
    I skipped warriors and pallys.

I leveled my druids' fishing and cooking up to 350 to do the daily cooking quest in Dalaran. This was a bad idea as the xp and gold rewards scale with your level and it ends up not being very much in the 60s. At least I learned how to 5x fish and can make good gold selling food buffs.

Questing doesn't take much advantage of rest xp. Most of questing is just running around and not killing much. A few areas may be worthwhile like sholazar basin.

I can instance boost until at least the lower 70s but then 1 will get left behind. I can solo quest the toon to keep up but would that even be faster than 5x questing? The lowest wrath dailies start at 73 I think. Should I run instances on the PVE viable groups and just farm lower level instance trash on groups that aren't? Maybe mix the groups up to make them all able to run instances?

    Anyone have any better ideas?

My only advice would be to pick the team you want the most, and work on that.
Then take your second favourite team and concentrate on that.

I suspect after that you really wont feel like levelling up any of the other groups.

For a third you might want to make up a mixed team and level that (if you still feel up to it)

I don't think there is anyother way of speeding it all up.
Team: Feral Druid, 3 Ele Shaman, 1 Resto Shaman

    Gimp Team: 4 paladins(13) and a DK(80)

I'm currently in the process of leveling up multiple groups.

I found its easier to stick with one group until you are down to nearly no rested xp (or when you get bored of running them) then switch to another group, and re run the stuff you have just done with the others.

    My groups are currently:

5 shaman - 70 (resting) about to farm for Totem of the void, before hitting the 70-80 grind
    5 Warlocks - 70 Borean Tundra
5 Hunters - 68 just about to start Netherstorm
    5 Druids -65 Nagrand
5 Mages - 60 Winterspring (grinding tiger rep)
5 mixed group (DK, Rogue and 3x Priest) all at 60 not started yet

1x Paldin (on a separate account) - 70 Borean Tundra

I also find it better to work out a group until rested XP is up (if I'm instance grinding) or until I get bored.

I've found though that it's hard to do the same thing over and over so if I go to another group, I end up trying something different to break up the monotony.

Apart from my shammies, I'm leveling up my groups using different classes (not doing all druids, all mages, etc). I figure once I get one of these groups to 80, I'll have at least one of every class at 80 to play around with.

This is kinda what I am doing. I plan on having one team of each class except for warriors. So that means I'll have to do RAF again!

And to the original poster. Perhaps getting your teams to level 73 and then doing all dailies that get unlocked on each team as well as grinding some of the initial mobs in Nexuss while rested xp is good. I believe you get around 4800XP per kill on those dragonkins and the tall elementals there.

My advice is to mix it up a little.

If you're leveling multiple groups, definitely take advantage of rested.
Play a group until its gone or almost gone, and then move on to the next.
Depending on your play time, you might be gradually leveling two, three or more groups, before the first group reaches maximum rested again.

Questing is a fast option, but only if you efficiently stack the quests.
There are enough areas in the game, you can level two teams with minimum overlap - if you're willing to do collections as you get them.

Instancing can be a lot of fun, but the 33rd time you run Nexus or Utgarde might not feel as unique.
Still, there are a lot of instances; if your teams are fresh to 60, you could stay in BC dungeons on a team to 71 or 72 maybe.

Farming is generally the most boring method, but combined with a movie or a season of <insert show>, you're more watching the show then farming.
Pick an area with herbs, ore and things to skin, and play the team with 90% of your concentration on whatever you're watching.
Mash your assist/dps button for a bit, then loot/skin etc and move to a new area.

As soon as you're tired of whatever you're doing, switch it up to a different method or different team.
And if you're tired of the game in general, take a break, it'll be there when you come back.
Don't want to play until you're burnt out.

leveling 60-70 is going to be pretty easy because the reduced the XP requirements to level in this range, I only do 3 zones such as hellfire, zangarmarsh and nagrand and i'm usually at 68 or so .
I suggest Borean Tundra @68 since most of the quests in that area are Melee friendly quest rewards ( DK, Hunters, Rogues will love the rewards here )

You will feel like you hit a brick wall at 70 because the XP requirements are much more than anything previous.
So at this point you are probably going to want to only level up your most dungeon viable team.
for me personally a tank, 3dps and a healer is probably the most viable.

The druids can do this without help from other classes.
The good part of druids is that they can rez the fallen and even do battle rez.
And to top if off the DPS druids can heal in a pinch.

I say mix it up, a DK tank, a druid healer and possibly other druids as DSP or use any combination of DPS that you have.

Yeah you can instance to 70 pretty easily especially if you are boosting. Once you hit 70 just do any and all non collection quest. With a full crew you can ROFLSTOMP them out pretty fast. Probably do 70 to 80 in two to three weeks with casual play.
