Moosejaw - holy hell, that schedual sucks! I though being third shift sucked, but being every shift is horrible. How do you EVER sleep?

I think it would be fun to see how many amenities a small boxer guild could gain without being hard core.
I'm creeping up on my guildhall, slowly, slowly, slowly. GL25 or 26 now. It'd go faster, but I keep getting distracted by things like the damned findadeath website and getting our new entertainment center set up. :whistling:

Alignment doesn't effect your guild. Just a matter of getting them there once, I think. Then you can call to the guild hall if you have the bell or whatever from my understanding. Very easy with recruit-a-friend and GoTo

Good point about the recruit-a-friend! Too bad it runs out.. :S

I caught Moosejaw on this morning and got the guild invite out. So if anyone else wants in, try to catch one of us, or let us know here to watch for you.

And if I need to change some options/settings in the guild interface to make things easier/better, let me know..

    Yep, Frosty caught me alright.

A note about the guild hall for beginners like me. You can join any guild you choose (evil or good) but if the guild leader purchases the guild hall in a city of opposite faction to you, it will take some work to get there the first time. lol

EQ2 wikia gives a good guide for guild halls. So I have to work a bit for my Dark Elf to get to the Guild Hall but no it is no sweat. My planned out team is good aligned. More to come.

Pft, beginners like me too. :P

I'll have to take a look at that guide tonight.
I think Noxxy or Khatovar mentioned in one post that the city guards are only a certain level and once you go past that, they won't attack.

But, don't quote me on that..cause I've been drinking a LOT of coffee and I could just be making things up.

When I start up the raf I'll just warp the DE to the guild hall entrance. :P

About the raf. I am going to daisy chain my raf's so each account will get a mount except the last one.

Current account recruits #2. #2 sets up raf and then subscribes. #2 recruits #3 and so on. The recruiter gets the mount so the last account will not have a mount reward...

Another observation. After doing the starter quests to L10 in the DE starter area I have 4 times the coin I had from doing the Qeynos start area. I remember there being more quests in the qeynos suburbs after leaving the island but it just seems weird. I suppose 4x 1 copper is only 4 copper but I have 1 gold already which seems like a lot compared to the other toons.

That's how I did it. To get the last mount I just paid the extra $20 for another account..then canceled it.
I'm not too crazy about the normal horse looking mounts, but the nightmare looking ones are pretty sweet. I'm almost willing to pay for another RAF account to replace the normal mount I got for my main account.

I haven't found a lot I need to spend money on yet. I've paid for a few Adept spell upgrades but that's it.

I bought some bags on the Necro so I could gather more materials. The bag vendor in the start area had cheaper bags than what was on the broker. I am starting to figure out what is vendor trash and what is not.

Interesting how Neriak is almost exactly the way I remember it in EQ. Kinda cool that way. I like the crafting system. Crafting makes you stay on your toes at the keyboard, no more afk while you make 200 frostweave cloth.

I have to finish setting up ISBoxer today after I get in my bicycle ride. Cya later today Frosty.

I too and my rl friends have become somewhat bored of WoW lately and also am looking into other multibox options to saturate my tastes. EQ2 looks promising will be looking more into it. Will all the posting it's getting, may warrant it's own forum.
