They ignored every single bit of feedback we gave them throughout beta and released a total atrocity of a game despite the warnings that we all gave them. I doubt they will listen now but since I'm in a good mood, I sent them an email anyway.

I did remind them that they once promised to refund me my purchase price on the game as it was unplayable on release, but I never got said refund
