KeyClone - Purchase issue

Attempting to get a license for KeyClone, but when I click on Get License nothing happens.

Using Windows Vista Business 64bit
Ran both the downloaded file and the actual program as administrator

That button fires up IE and takes you to paypal. Might be a popup blocker or something else like user account control that is blocking it.

I never use Internet explorer... I use Chrome and Firefox.

Just fired up IE... no pages load. Might be infected >_< Lemme try a virus scan and try again after.

I did some updates on vista


Just run as administrator then it should run

Scans only found cookies and it's still not working (no pop-up blockers or addons/toolbars installed)
