Tag Boosting result - can you beat it?

Just wondering about the math on the instance boosting, I been to SM but all guys were the same level. If the mob give 100 exp for example and you have a level 60 boosting 4 level 20's how is the exp divided?

Also I am somewhat leery of spending time learning a technique that Blizzard has said that alhtough its legal right now its not what was intended.
