Best Totem Farm Sequence ATM for 4 shammies?

I seen a few of these posts before (one from Ellay) but I can't seem to find it for some reason no matter how much I search.

Anyways what seems to be the best 1 button totem farm sequence ATM?

I'm going to buy a N52TE Gamepad probably next week and want to get some of this stuff setup.

I use a 5 buttons for totem farm. One for each type, and choose healing or mana:
Most of the time:

Button 1: Water -- Healing Stream *4
Button 2: Earth -- Strength of Earth, Tremor, Stoneskin, Stoneclaw
Button 3: Air -- Windfury, Wrath of Air, Grounding*2
Button 4: Fire -- Flametongue, Wrath, Searing*2

Button 5: MANA! -- Mana Spring *4

Then i rotate in or out the totems that i need for each particular fight on the G15 toolbar.

I have alot of those already done, but I was thinking more centered around BG's and Arena.

I use 4 buttons, FGHJ, and they go like this:

F: Totem of wrath, magma x3
H: Mana stream x4
G: Earthbind, tremor x4
J: Grounding x4

In PVP, I usually hit: G, J, F, H. In that order.. most devstating thing would be fear so I want those down first, then grounding totems so I just get arcane spammed for 10k instant (among other things), then the other two if I get time.

I have some variations by holding shift+f, shift+g, etc. that have other buffs, resist totems, etc.
