I had a friend that used solid ice keyclone, 3 days later his account was hacked, not know if it was solid ice or somthing else. Just wondering if anyone knows if solid ice is safe? so that i may purchase it? ?(

    I'm using Keyclone and I haven't had a problem

More likely your friend had a virus/keylogger on his machine

The chance of you getting hacked my keyclone,
Is as about as high as a plane hitting you in your backyard.

Most likely, Your friend had a keylogger.
    NO DOUBT.

KeyClone, is the godliest program for multiboxing IMo.

Solid Ice is much better than Thin Ice.

Buy one of these (when they're available): http://www.blizzard.com/store/details.xml?id=1100000182

And don't share your account information. You'll be good to go.

Actually I'd say the chances of keyclone hacking you are significantly worse than those of you getting hit by a plane in your back yard.

Keyclone doesn't hack account, people hack accounts. Or something like that. Get an authenticator, everyone should.

    *sigh*

no, keyclone had no part in the system getting hacked (unless you didn't pause your keyclone while typing a password into one wow.. while in /say in another...)

i would also say that just about all multiboxers should try to get blizzard's authenticator. at that point, you have ZERO chance of losing your account. even if your system does have a keylogger... it won't matter, as the authenticator code changes every couple of seconds.

I think this happens to a lot of people when they are new to key broadcasting with any product, whether it be Keyclone, hardware, or whatever. I know I almost did it when I first started out. Until you have all your white-list/black-list keys set up (and make pausing while typing a reflex) it's easy to find yourself broadcasting your login to everyone in the bank in Dalaran. No fault of any tool, just plain UBF.
