Silithus is by far the best (excluding raids), and not just because of population. I find people there all the time. But nodes are plentiful and collected into nice clusters in and around the hives.

I did a run dm east last night with druid 80 friend and he clear to the last boss in 5 minutes, so is like every 5 min 3 rich thorium nodes and pve team got like 30% exp from level 56 to 57.
