I think the changes work extremely good for 4shaman folks in arena. Espesially because you keep your free shield totems up nearly constantly. But like Ellay said, if other teams have a elemental shaman as well they`re burst damage increases a lot as well. Tho if you keep your stoneclaw totems up you can become nearly invinsible.

SC is 1 per 30 seconds and lasts for a max of 15 seconds. It's hardly invincibility...although it is a pretty sweet tool. Note that this also shares Earth with the new EB root...added degree of complexity, really. And now that Tremor is 1x for all...

Oh, for comparison: untalented PWS is 2230 per 15 seconds.

Yes and no. It still "stacks" but is locked to a global 3sec clock so all you get is a reduction of the probability of failure. My understanding anyway, and was hotfixed rather than being a 3.1 thing. And I have no clue if this is true or just FUD because I've been busy leveling and haven't tested it myself. Maybe it's just a bunch of dumbasses not getting the staggered drops right. Ask Ellay, he'd know for sure if anyone does. Heck, Suvega made some driveby post about a nonexistent "holywtf buff" to grounding totem. The thread on this was chock full of bad info, so I have no idea how much was true.Internet is like that sometimes (okay, frequently).

On the PC I believe most people use Fraps.

The Mac client has video cap built-in and can easily make HD videos, I've made a number of them at something like 1280x800 at 30fps. The built-in one is nice as it lets you do stuff like not record the UI (that is, button bars, combat text, etc), in-game audio, etc.
