ahhh, yes that would be all that technical stuff that I kind of ignore wouldn't it :P

Spell hit :
before = 157 = 5.99%
after = 128 = 4.88%

mmm - guess I'll switch back for sure
hit cap is 17% but you really only need around 11% for heroics
