Also, just to make it a little clearer, max mining gives you 500 health, not 50 stam. (I.e. not benefit from kings/talents)

Also (again :P) You didn't include rocket boots for engineering.
JC only BoP Gems that are unique(3) and have better stats. 32 spell power and 41 stam. Mining adds stamina not direct hitpoints, this was changed recently in a patch.
