stam vs resil in arenas/pvp - how high should I go

What are some good milestones to go for with stam and resil for arenas and battlegrounds?

I'm trying to hit around the 20k mark on hp (without professions), but this will probably limit my max resilience to about 700, at least until I can get another ring. On the other end, I can stick around 19.3k hp or so and go closer to 800 resil, but with so many AoEs and hard hitting non-crits I wonder if it's worth pushing, especially not playing a healer or clothy.

Suggestions?

Higher the resil the better, atleast till around 780, then stack some stam.
