Occulus macros are ez - and I'm happy my HoS strategies helped, as Bronzebeard was 10x harder than occulus.Originally Posted by 'Hachoo',index.php?page=Thread&postID=188184#post1 88184
I've begun running my guildmates through Occulus since, on my server, no one runs it because most of the horde there are special (read short bus special).
When I was getting my last Glory of the Hero I was running 1 amber, 2 ruby, 2 emerald because you pretty much need a time stop to get through the azure drakes when you're killing the constructs in time, but if you just want to complete the instance... take 3 emerald, 2 ruby. It's ridiculously easy. I posted my macro setup in the stickied thread and when I run people through I just have them play tank ruby with my ruby only focusing on whelps.
Keep up a Touch the Nightmare, Evasive when the tank drake gets low, heal and keep up leeching poison and it takes about 5 minutes, but it's pretty stupidly easy and you get your amber drake achievement. I just added the drake abilities to my 1-4 keys and haven't taken them out so I don't have to worry about adjusting them when I want to go to occulus.
i.e. Chain heal is on my 1 key so now it reads
/assist [target=Shaggirr, nodead, exists] [target=Shaggir, nodead, exists] etc.
/cast Leeching Poison
/cast [target=player] Chain Heal
Just make sure you put the drake ability first and you won't have to worry about setting up and turn that bar to "Show when possessing."
