Everytime I try to download the iPhone authenticator it says my phone isnt compatible. My phone is brand new. anyone else experience this or heard about any workaround? my keychain constantly falls off and separates from my main keychain.

Download itunes, plug your phone in, and check for new iphone update. You need firmware 2.2.1 or higher.
