Hi, I'm running a shaman and warlock but cannot seem to get the slave(s) to hand in and complete quests whent he master does and also accept the same quests as the master. I notcied 'All Toons must have the dialog box open' , I'm not sure how to do this, coudl anyone help?

The message box that pops open when you click on the quest giver has dialog in it, hence a "dialog box". So, unless you're running something I don't know about, you're going to have open it with each individual toon. Yep, it's a pain, but one you'll get used to.

Yeah, you have to open the quest window with the NPC on each toon.
