Seems like patch 3.1 is also bring out new epics from WG and really freaking good epics at that. New items include Chest, Waist, Trinket.

EDIT: Just noticed that wowhead isn't showing 3 of the trinkets. You can find the other three trinkets aswell as all the new items at http://www.mmo-champion.com/index.php?topic=43832.0. The trinkets that weren't being shown on wowhead are the "Platnum" trinkets.
