I still can't find where it says that "healing streams" no longer stack.

Someone on page 1 or 2 stated that "healing" totems will no longer stack and I can't find any evidence of that. I do see in the patch notes that "mana streams" won't, but I have yet to see the "healing streams" in an official or patch note release.

Any further thoughts?
