I'm using a Paladin in this setup:
Lvl 20-45 : SM Cath or Lvl 30-45 Ulda (For me you can maximize your 5 instance per hour limit more in SM Cath; 5-6min pull+kill then 5-6min loot = 12min/hr run)
Lvl 45-60+: Strat (just finish the 3 Ghoul area then reset at the backdoor)

I tried ZF but it requires a lot of time pulling even with a mount. Some mob will also polymorph you to a frog, I experienced being polymorphed continously till I got wiped.
