Why cant we use elementals in arena

Does anyone have the reason why shamans are not allowed to use our elementals in arena, this is one of our tools and for some reason their deemed to powerful?

Anything over a 10 minute cooldown cannot be used in arena i believe, including elementals.

Hmmm guess that makes sense but sure blows not being able to whoop them out and make the fight that much funner, could you imagine someone like Aelli having that capability on top of what he already does?

yeh its because of thw 10 min CD,, but what i dont understand.. is they dont do that much damage.. they aoe like 2 times for 1k.. mage pets do 1k each shot (1.5 sec cast i think).. but i guess its because shamans can do more dps.. but mages get the x4 thing +pet..

no QQ though.. shamans are good.

Could be worse, they could let DKs do Army of the Dead. Bad enough that they let you use Raise Ally in arena. Now I love my DK, but even I think Raise Ally shouldn't be in arenas.

Its anything over 15 min not 10 min actually..

Fire elemental does less damage then magma totem and goes oom, Blizzard already stated they are buffing it. However they are not buffing earth elementals according to themself.

glyphing it under 15 min wont help either.

we still can't move and we have no instant heals, i think ele needs some more buffs for PvP

We are going to implement our Elemental PvP mechanic next build. I'm not sure it will solve every concern you have, but we think it's cool.

You can lower CD on thunderstorm with 7 seconds next patch with a glyph.

Our latest elemental pvp fix was 3 second flame/frost shock, wouldnt realy change much.

Sure 4 shamans is fun to play, but the fustration compared to what i have on my hunter is insane. Ele shaman singel boxed is just plain dull tbh..
