Action Bar Question

Is there a way for me to save action bar settings client side? I have a few WoW dirs on my machine and I was surprised when action bar changes from one dir affected the other. They must be stored server side. Any ideas?

One of the best mods out there. Hasn't been updated in a while, but it hasn't really needed an update. Basically it's an Itemrack for your action bars.
