I use HotKeyNet and switch leaders with F1-F5 keys. so who ever is in "slot 1" is leader and alts /assist party1.

Treat yourself, install the Jamba addon, then use:

    /jamba-follow master all

on one toon, and all others will follow the master (after suitable Jamba configuration).

    isn't party1 yourself.

I like the Jamba idea myself... but I'm a little older school and I have 5 macros on each account for setting focus so when I press ( replace leader with toon name, replace alt1 with toon name )
    F6: set focus to leader
    leader: /clearfocus
    alt1: /focus leader
    alt2: /focus leader
    ... etc

    F7: set focus to alt1
    leader: /focus alt1
    alt1: /clearfocus
    alt2: /focus alt1
    ... etc

I also have each toon tell me who they are following with
    /p focus %f

and my follow macro is a simple
    /follow focus

Jamba sounds a lot easier to setup ... and I use Jamba ... go figure
