Mental Agility - Reduces 10% Manacost of instant spells (only 3 points now, down from 5)
Soul Warding - Shield Cooldown -4 secs and -30% mana costs for shield
Enlightment - +6% spirt and +6% spell haste for 3 points (5%/5% and 5 points before)
Impr. Flash Heal - -15% mana cost and 10% crit bonus if target is at or below 50% health (yay)
Renewed Hope - +4% spell crit if target afflicted by weakened soul (shield) and 100% chance to reduce all dmg taken by all raid by 3% for 20s after casting shield (wtf! yay!)
Rapture - When shield is absorbed or dispelled you gain 2.5% of your mana and your shield target gains either 2% mana, 8 rage, 16 energy or 32 runig power (awesome)

Oh, so much joy to shielding. I love 3.1 and hope, this changes go live

The rapture change is a massive nerf to disc priest mana regen and results in a loss of hundreds of mp5. Currently, you get rapture returns from pretty much all your direct healing spells and shield/divine aegis. After 3.1, you'll only get a single rapture return every 12 seconds from a shield absorb. I don't raid 25mans, but I've seen people throw out the number 700 mp5 for rapture returns on live in a raid environment. With the new rapture, you're looking at 260 mp5 for a 25k mana pool if you get the return every 12 seconds. If you only get it every 15 seconds (weakened soul debuff uptime), that's 208 mp5.
