Default Newbie - I'm a clicker not a keyer - set up and TOS Q

OK I have Keyclone and Jamba. I like Jamba but Keyclone doesn't really fit my play style. I would like to find a way to do this without changing style. Basically I'm a clicker ... the only keys I really use for game play are w,a,s,d,space, enter(chat). Everything else is done with my mouse.

First off I have looked around for an answer and have not found one. If it has been answered please just call me a newb and point me in the right direction. What I want to do is to maybe use Jamba or another addon to command my slaves from master. Like this for macro on master:

    /dance

/t slave1 !dance (slave1 gets command from master and does /dance)

/t slave2 !danceNo (slave2 gets command from master and does /say I NO WANNA DANCE!! /rude)

This way I can continue the be a clicker. So questions is ... is something like this possible and would go against the TOS in any way?

You might look into Innerspace or HKN with mouse replication on, that would allow you to pass clicks from your main to your alts as well.

    RE the macro question:
I don't know that any form of whisper-casting is possible anymore, but I am not honestly 100% sure on that.

I know you probably dont want this answer but...

You really want to stop being a clicker and start using keybinds if you want to get into multiboxing properly.

Maybe you have a mouse with like 100 buttons in which case you might be ok.

Otherwise i'm just going to go with the last poster and say... you aren't going to multibox as a clicker. Well not well at least.

You might be able to pull of a 2 box but idk how you could expect to click between 5 screens effectively.

Give me more of an idea of how you are going to do this and maybe i'll try to be more optimistic.
I haven't heard of whisper casting being used in a very long time but maybe its out there. And if not the only effective way to be a multiboxer clicker would be to go against ToS

Yesterday I made a post about how you can effectively send mouse clicks to other slaves. I guess I should have labeled it better than my multibox setup, but it has good info in there.

I use HotKeyNet and basically, what it can do is listen for a on screen LButton or RButton click. You modify the script to tell HKN if you click within a certain area X=100+30 Y=100+30 and if you do, it then maps that to a key and sends it to a slave window. On the slave window you create a macro, set it to a button, and keymap it. So, when you click and send F1 to your slave window, it reads it like you hit the F1 key.

I have a 3 man with a Paladin, Shaman and Warlock. Still learning a lot about multi-boxing and the best setup, but right now the Shaman and Warlock have a 4X3 12 button rectangle on my Paladin's UI where I click on a dummy macro and it send the real command over to my other characters. Works pretty well as it is pretty much a virtual keyboard. If you want any more info, I can share the script.

On my Pally's screen, you can see dummy icons I made up for the Shaman's LB and the Warlock's Shadow Bolt. Those macros are placeholder and you don't even need buttons. They are there to let me know that I am clicking on them. HKN listens for the location of the click, maps it to a keystroke and sends it through to the other window. Works well. I am a pretty bad multiboxer, but getting better. The system works as well as if you were soloing.

I'm glad to see that stuff in use. Does WoW save the locations of the dummy icons or do you have to reposition them each time you start?

They are on my actionbars which persist in their locations on the UI.

When I started getting into boxing I was also dismayed to find that I had to stop my clicking ways and become a hotkey user. Do yourself a favor. Try it. Youll never go back.

Heres my advice: dont try to box it. Just pick a character you know and just WIPE HIS BARS. Force yourself to start over. THink about how you play and then start setting up your bars in a way that will compliment the abilities you use the most in the best key positions.

Alternately there are some mouse broadcasting programs =)

Can you (or anyone else) please show a script example of how you check a certain area for clicks and send a keystroke to the other client?
    Thanks. :-)
