which is the best composition for pvp durid or shaman?

for shaman, my nightmare is when i fighting with mages and thf, they always run circle around me, so i cant cast light arrow, what should i do then?

Light arrow? :P


TS & frostshock, magma & earthbind are your best bet. With mages, they will usually try and nuke you after to TS them, so droup your grounding totems as well.
