    Default Question - mouse sticking

First thanks for this great resource!

Question - I'm using KeyClone and I'm still working on getting my trio set up. So very new to this I keep having an issue of the mouse cursor not wanting to go into one box (it has happened with either slave window not the master). It is random, and everything else works, spells, keybindings, but it's like the window has a solid wall and the mouse cursor cannot get in. Any ideas?

I'm assuming its some easy thing I didn't set up correctly!

    Thanks

BTW - Multi-boxing looks so easy from the outside - lol!!!

howdy Ziboo and welcome to the forums!

try unchecking keyclone/setup/general/focus-follows-mouse ... that might help it go away. but it will also make you have to click the window first before interacting.

the issue is that the wow window hides/moves the mouse cursor outside and to the left of the wow window. just when you let up, for a moment, the cursor is over the other window. if you move your mouse at just the right time, keyclone will push focus to that window before the first wow window pulls it back and processes the mouse-up event. as such, the original wow window never sees the up event, and when you mouse in it thinks the cursor should be outside and to the left.

this bug is currently being worked on for next release

    i hope that helps.

if you have any other questions or comments, please feel free to drop me a note.

    have a great weekend,

    Rob
