Totem's that stack

what totem's stack.. I am About ready to start a group of Pally and 4 shammys and wanted to know what totems stack.. I did try to search but came up with 8 pages of items to look thru

Mana spring -- that's the one that isn't a talented totem.
the health totem -- can't remember the name
Grounding totem -- you can have as many as your party can put down, so in your case 4

Magma, firenova, and seraing totem, all work at the same time not really a stack but can turn out to be quite a nice AoE.

That's about it, good luck and make sure you gear the pally as a tank and you will be able to fly through the content. If you try to go tankless the heroics at 80 can be quite tough, but hey a challenge is nice once in a while.
