If you are just doing it to level to 60, then just go with one of the free options, they will get the job done. I use innerspace/isboxer on my main desktop and keyclone on my laptop and they both work for me. keyclone has a much shorter setup time, but doesn't do as may cool advanced features that i think IS does very well. But neither of these options are free, and if you aren't going to continue after getting to 60 (one RaF session to get some alts I'm guessing) then it makes no sense to invest additional $. If I were going to do this, then i'd probably look at hotketnet and autohotkey as the leading options for free. However, I have no experience setting those up.
