park everyone into a nook (near the gates) so they dont bounce around, tank mag so his head is away from the group, and just nuke away. you can chain heal during blast waves and ignore clicking. He does drop a decent amount of gold, but it takes ~15-20 mins to get there and 20 mins to clear the instance, pretty sure just doing northrend dailies in that same time would net you as much or more gold.

I do have the BT teleport neck on two of my guys though and I check doomwalker daily, it takes me 10 mins to teleport, summon the rest at the BT stone, and kill him (spread team out with backs to walls and nuke away, re-drop totems frequently) since his drops sell on my server for 200-500g each, plus he drops 500g total. I don't bother with Doom Lord Kazzak, I find it too easy to die on him
