Stcking Animations

I have had this problem where one of the slaves animations get stuck. From the master screen it looks like my slave druid is always walking or the spell casting animation gets stuck with his hands raised above his head. Perfromance seems fine but its visually distracting. I just upgraded my graphics card to a BFG 9800gtx+ from a BFG 8600gt. Still noticed this same problem only today it was my mains animations stuck(while viewed from the slave).

I think it's lag with the connections on your various clients. I get the same thing sometimes, and it is annoying, but I don't think there's anything you can do about it. I have a humorous vid I need to post that I took Friday of one of my toons 'swimming' in the air, while the others were mounted on their flyers. From her screen, it looked normal, but the other four toons showed her swimming in the air without a mount.
