Hachoo,

I've been trying Heroic UP and can easily kill Svala and the guy in the trophy room. Skadi I can't seem to get. In your video, I see you collect the 6 arrows, run out to reset and then run all the way to the end. Then I see your tank leave for a sec (from what I can tell) and another group of trash appears, and then you can start the boss fight. I've tried this, and when I run back out, the boss is there, and usually he resets the event, in which case my shaman are all one shotted before I can get my tank back. What is it you're doing here?
