local preference would be either rolling rock (psu days), coors light (eeek! but good to drink for 8+ hours
a more recent addition to the favorites list would be rock beer (found it while working in tallinn, estonia)

coors light... well.. its a good beach beer. meaning, you can drink it and not get drunk (let the other guys get drunk... less competition
Corona is good beach beer. It's like the mexican coors light. I'm a Bass Ale and Newcastle man myself.
It's what's called a hefeweisen, a Belgian wheat beer. Usually you put a lemon slice in it. My singer from my last band turned me on to this....Throw an orange slice in your Blue Moon, and get back to me after you try it. That's my current drink for tonite.

Yes at the bars here they always put an orange slice with the blue moon, its awesome since blue moon already seems to have just a hint of orange flavor in it. Currently my favorite beer.
