RAF Boosting / Expired Links

When RAF came out I had Account 1 -> Account 2.

This link has since expired, but Account 1 still shows Account 2 as a referral. (nothing on the link page).

I now want to get back into boosting through RAF with Account 1. If I had Account 2 -> Account 3, and boost with Account 1, would that have any problems? I don't think it would, since the link has expired between 1 -> 2, so 2 ->3 would be the only ones linked, but wanted to get your guys thoughts on the issue. I don't recall seeing anything about expired links.

The RAF bonus only lasts for 90 days, so perhaps that's the reason why.

If you had a high level character on Account 1...and got account 2 to refer account 3...then I think you'd be fine. Accounts 2 and 3 would get the RAF XP boost and as 1 isn't linked to either of them, then that shouldn't nerf the XP. I'm not 100% on that though.

Yeah, thats what I'm thinking as well.

I could always go out and grab an independent Account 3 and refer Account 4 and boost with my Account 1, but I'm still curious if I do it the way we're thinking of, if that would work... because technically, there are no links between Account 1 and 2 currently.
