Default Better resolution in main and clone screens

    http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a2...ps/scrappy.jpg

This is how my main screen looks on my 5 box setup. One on main 30' screen and 4 on my side screen 19' All of them look the same and everything is inelidgable. Im using keyclone and maximizer batch file to open these. Which by the way works like a dream. Except for this. Thanks in advance.

which maximizer are you using? the built-in maximizer or the stand-alone version?

    (btw... i don't see the 2nd pic)

Im using the stand alone maximizer (maximizer.exe) and the batch files.

Is what the clones look like. pretty much the same.

definitely weird. not sure why maximizer would do that. keyclone's maximizer doesn't see to do that. even at an unltra low 400x300 the fonts are close.

it could be your graphics driver

Ok well ill look into that. Thanks for the quick response. I have the newest version of keyclone with the maximizer built in. How would I use that maximizer if I cant get the stand alone one to work?

So ive been fooling around with KC and ive decided to try to fit 5 copies on my 30'' monitor since im fearing my problem is the differing sizes of my 2 screens. This is what I want the set up to look like.

My only problem is that I can determine how to launch these programs. I think this is how im supposed to be configuring the command editor but im not sure. Any help would be great. Thanks.

looks like you are just about there.

on the maximizer panel, as you hover over the regions.. they have a name which you can change at the top (to the right of the '+' button)

that name must match the field to the right of 'region' in the command editor. if the command, when executed, has a region specified and that region does not exist... then it will not be placed properly, if at all.

(btw.. i would also set the maxfpsbk to 15 and maxfps to 40... or something like that... the maxfpsbk when lowered will drastically help you conserve cpu/gpu for the active clone)

    hit apply...

on the main keyclone screen, at the bottom to the right of the 'connect' button, type this:

    Pally;Priest;Rogue;Shaman;Warrior

and hit enter. all 5 commands will execute and be placed in their appropriate regions.

btw... are you really running 5 different character types?!

g'luck and let me know how it goes.

have you edited the Config.wtf file to set the resolution?

it looks to me like the screens are running at one resolution and then "squished" into the maximizer size...

    just check the file for:
    SET gxResolution "1280x600"

and set it to the resolution you have maximizer forcing the screen into/

Thanks that worked great. Anyway to get that to work with 2 monitors yet? or is that not functionable yet? I frapsed a movie of my movement progress and assisting and such. I went into shadow labs with only 4 of my team and did ok. Im waiting on my processor and motherboard to come in tommorow and I wont be as laggy. Not as bad as i tought it was going to be.

well, you can set your dual monitors to spanning mode... and keyclone will work with it.
