I most likely wont pvp with these guys because I think the state of pvp in this game is in the shitter. Also, dont forget dks have anti caster silences already.

excellent point, they already have 2 silences so a 3rd really isnt a big deal, however it is AOE silence =)
And an additional 2% resist to all spells.
Still.. the orc burst AP and stun reduction, the undead WotF and cannibalize and the tauren stomp (paired with a Death Grip looks nice) look all viable alternatives.
