I had a feeling 3.1 would be a raid progression patch, considering how little difference there is between top tier 3.0x gear and heroic loot.

Now that the PTR has preliminarily confirmed my suspicions, I think I'll wait until 3.2 or even 3.3 to play again.
Hopefully by then, heroics will be far enough behind that Blizzard will be forced to make more 5-man content and inflate tier entry level.

Im hoping to see some stuff added to the emblem vendors in 3.1, but Im not holding my breath.

Some purple helms and shoulders (iLvl 200) for emblems would be nice - the blue shoulders look so crappy (WTS ugly dark runic mantle) - I refuse to pvp for pve items (wintergrasp helm, sigh).

I first got Dark Runic Mantles off the AH
But they were so ugly I decided to farm Spaulders of the Hold from VH (along with tanking pants).
