Actually, it's just that the character copy page has had its counters reset. I checked this morning and there was no PTR patch available. I checked again now and there is still not patch. The link has also be changed to indicate this as well.

woops, well it might be tonight as the 3.1 Test Realm Forums are up now too.
great news...except the char copy queue is packed. average weight is about 9 days...gonna be tough to get in and even if you do, theres probably gonna be logon queues and horrible lag.

If manaheal totems stack tank + 4 shaman teams will be so ridiculously overpowered it will be awesome.
Right now the only decision I ever have to make is whether to use mana spring or healing stream totems. If I don't have to make that decision anymore, I'll never have to rest, I'll hardly ever have to heal, my DPS will skyrocket due to hardly ever having to heal, etc. It will be F'ing AWESOME!

Any word of patch notes yet? Theyve made some big claims for class changes and then have made some comments such as "were not going to get this in to 3.1" ... Id like to see what theyre giving us.
Currently running 10 miners in Eve Online.
