hmm if i remember correctly once u purchase keyclone u have it forever. did you save the license number that you got when first purchased it? if you do have that license number and its not the same as what keyclone is showing you now. try putting that license number into it. maybe when u reformated, it deleted your license number that is actualy active. idk might be what happened. just a suggestion. :thumbup: hope you get ur stuff back up!
