Pretty much what magwo said!

My tip would be to find a tank and do Heroic Utgarde keep since the last boss drops a pretty nice ringe and the instance is pretty ok to mutlibox. Very easy when you get the hang on it! The important thing is that you get the ring since you can only obtain 1 epic ring trought pvp without having 1600+ rating.
