New build advice

I'm on a budget, and I want to put together 2 computers to run four characters. Each comp is going to have a pair of monitors hooked up running a toon on each screen. Any thoughts on putting something together on the cheap? I'm trying to do something that can handle Dalaran and Epic Flight without lagging behind. As for budget, I'm thinking about 500 for the internals (not including case I've got some Lian Li cases laying around).
