At least three (And I'm guessing many more) have done oculus.

I imagine you can deal with first three bosses, they're not much diff then any opther heroic. As for final boss:

As a 5-box, I would suggest either 5x bronze or 5x emerald.

As 5x bronze

set up two buttons on each char. Let's say Q and E

Q on toon 1 and 2 does Temporal Rift, on toon 3, 4 and 5 does Shock Lance
E Does Shock lance on 1 and 2 and Temporal Rift on 3, 4 and 5.

When starting the encounter you fly to the boss and at 25 yards one does Time Stop (with a char that will do temporal rift next so if you stat with Q, then do a time stop with either toon 1 or 2 before.), then stop when you are about 10 yards in front of the boss. Then just do Q, E, Q, E, Q, E, Q, E all with about 1 second intervals. (Have to get the feel for it a bit the first time most likely, I did.)
The boss' HP will drop like a madman (every drake will hit for 150k every 2-3 seconds. When phase changes just run away and go in a circle, when blow up sparks blow up, rush back, do time stop, repeat. The idea is doing the rotation fast enough so he doesn't spawn whelps, being close to the boss (but not too close) is essential, because Shock lance has travel time, and you want to be able to stop temporal rifting asap, but you can't until the temporal rift registers the hits of the other characers' shock lances.

The boss dies in no time at all.

As 5x Emerald

Have all drakes make one button that does the leech poison on the boss and during the encounter keep it on a 3 stack for all characters at all times without needing to target the boss (/cast [target='bossname'] Leech Poison (forgot exact name)
Have one alt also do the high damage skill at the cost of life and before the encounter starts have all other chars apart from the alt you have the high dmaage skill on target the pet of that one character. Fly around in wide circles (close to the invisible edge) after aggroing the boss and keep spamming leech and the high dps skill on the one char, and occasionally stop flying to heal the one char that is tanking due to doing much more dps. Keep in front of the whelps at all times, eventually there will be like 100 whelps, no worries, they are slower then you and when they come inrange and start to cast to damage, you still have time to fly away and interrupt their casts. Just keep in front of the whelps, the boss is faster so will keep up.

Make sure you are in front enough so you can go healing when he enrages. This tactic does make the fight last long.

If you're quad-boxing the 5x bronze will be a lot harder. (depends a lot on the second player being able to add in on your rotation.) I personally do it with 4x bronze and the second player on a ruby drake. That way, we do get a few whelps but that's no biggy as he can kill them quickly. It will be possible to 5-box this way as well, but because you can easily perfect the rotation I really suggest going 5x bronze.
