Keyclone WTF?

I have been using keyclone for a while.. I had to reformat my computer the other day due to sound card driver issues... now keyclone no workie how do i fix this? i tried to login @ their site and it says underconstruction. did i just get ripped off?

Hi, i've just done the same thing, i just gave Keyclone a private message, and told him the time that i bought the license, and my full name. I can promise you, 100% ur not gonna get ripped

no you didn't, you just have to send a mail or PM to keyclone, hey will fix the problem in no time if he has the correct info from you.

i think he needs the old user id and your mail adress (not sure what he exacly wants)

It wouldn't work, since as I understand it your system ID is associated to your account, so if you try getting it changed while not having your email on record, it won't work.
