Looks good to me. As far as getting general advice... just read as much as you can in these forums during your downtime.

If you didn't already know (this tends to slip newbies minds), make sure that your "alts" have their movement keys unbinded from WASDQE. You want only your main responding to those. You can set some alternate keys for the secondary character (maybe the arrow keys).

Your main will lead the pack, with the rest on /follow. You'll need a macro made to target the main and follow.
