I know it doesn't matter much at the levels you are at and the mobs you are dealing with, but older instance skull mobs do not give you healing with Blood Aura. Without Blood Aura, I had to get creative in the spec and rotation I used for soloing content. While I haven't tried an 80 level instance solo yet, I think this spec might be worth looking at for people as a contrast to blood aura.

I am currently bringing up a group of 5 DKs, but they are only 61 so I can't provide much input yet in the way of specs for five boxing. I will be taking them to 80 though, so I'll be sure to share any tricks I find. I plan on using any tricks you guys have found as well
