I just made a quick trip through the two rooms and typed up a list in Notepad. Makes it easy to complete that quest. Depending on which quests they are offering, I can complete the four dailies in 8-12 minutes on my hunter. Even the worst of them is easy to complete in 3 or 4 minutes.

I just wouldn't try it with a multiboxed group when there are other quests that are easy to complete quickly and provide much more gold for the time and effort. If anything goes wrong and you don't complete the quests before the timer is up, it's a painfully small reward.
