Elemental Oath - should all shammies have it?

Kinda looks like.. you should get this on all shammies, am I right? Currently I have only 2 shammies speced in this talent for the group buff, but it looks as I've made a big mistake.

Yes, since the 3.0.8 change to Elemental Oath where it not only buffs group crit but also buffs the individual shammies damage by 10% when clearcasting under Elemental Focus, they should all have it. Clearcasting is up almost non-stop, so, yeah - hell yeah - +10% damage for 2 talent points.

It doesn't stack, but having it on all toons would increase its "up time".

The group crit % doesn't stack, however there's another effect of Elemental Oath now which is specific to the individual shaman, new since 3.0.8. While clearcasting, your individual shammies spell damage (not power) is bumped by 10% (if both points invested). Clearcasting is up almost continuously when moderately well geared at 80.

I have to say, being now moderately well geared with some haste (little over 400), this talent + ToW + FT weapon; firing off Elemental Mastery, trinket, and Heroism/Bloodlust makes for a very fun 30 seconds.

The critt counts toward the group but the 10% spelldamage doesnt, aka all should have it like ellay said.

I have elemental oath as well as ToW on all. (I split the group up often here and there. :P )

But ofcourse one needs ToW as well next to Elemental Oath, minimal.

I was thinking about doing this because I have been running VOA, OS, Naxx with seperate or 1-2 shammies and have been splitting them up somewhat sometimes.
