renew macro:

/cast [mod:alt, target=pally] [nomod, target=pally-target, help] [nomod, target=player] Renew

this will heal pally if you iht alt.
this will heal pally's target if no mod is press AND pally is targeting a ally.
this will heal the priest if pally is not targeting anything or is targeting an enemy mob AND no mod is pressed.
