I did get a gear upgrade for conquest emblems and tweaked my castsequence and actually got my DPS back (but with the gear upgrade and a new weapon enchant on RET pallies) I should have even higher DPS.
When I get home tonight I think I am going to try and work on this. Stealthy sent me his macros he uses for his pallies and after looking at it again it makes more sense.
