Had the same issue reactivating the subscriptions on my other four accounts - it took a minute or two for it to accept each subsequent card payment, and on one attempt I was required to do an 'enter the letters and numbers you see in this box'. In the end it still processed the four payments all within 10 mins of each other and all from the same card.
