Hi, I also box 4 shammies, as do a fair few other people. I personally stick with 4x ele shammies. If you have played wow before starting boxing the basic ele spec is pretty easy to choose, just follow logic. Get the range, hit and crit talents. Go for instant ghostwolf, %5 crit with all attacks and mana talent in enchancement. Now, after you go deep ele to thunderstorm, you will have a few talent points left over. You can choose between stronger totems, stronger lava burst, mp5, pushback and a few others.

If you want to know my spec, search atox and btox on frostmourne US on the armoury. Atox has totem of wrath, btox doesn't.

I specced mine to how I like, others specced theirs a bit differently, but the skeleton of the spec is still the same.

I'm sticking to 4x ele as well. Works like a charm for me. However, should you find yourself at level 80 with crap gear and not many good tank friends. You might want to consider speccing one resto then. In weak gear 3x ele and 1x resto will make your time in early heroics easier. And once geared up you'll be able to do it all 4x elemental again. :>
